Delivery and Payment Terms

For foreign clients

Goods are sending to Czech Republic, Europe, South America, Asia and Australia.

Dispatch of goods will be implemented as soon as possible or based on agreement on both sides.

Shipments are shipped to abroad by Czech post. At the customer's request or based on agreement by both sides is possible to use another carrier.

Transport cost (shipping) to abroad is charged according to the destinations, about transport price the buyer will be informed in advance by e-mail.

The buyer finances and secures by himself the duty and/or VAT of the country where the shipment will be delivered and national rules required it.

Payment will be done directly to our bank account as a payment in advance.
After money received, goods will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer on the order.

For foreigners living in the Czech Republic

The shipment over the Czech Republic is normally dispatched by Czech post as a "package in hand" and cash on delivery.

Shipping (postage) cost over the Czech Republic is 170,- CZK including VAT (postage and packing - fragile goods, cash on delivery) per one package.

Payments are done ​​in cash on delivery at the place specified in the order by the buyer and over the Czech Republic.
